OUR POLICIES

Hair must be freshly washed and product free
Absolutely no tolerance of dirty or flakey hair
Hair must be detangled or fully blown out and sectioned
Xpression hair is required for majority styles - no prestretched hair unless told otherwise
No shows = No future appointments
Please wear a mask to all appointments
Hair must be grip-able all around, if unsure please send a picture
Please let me know of ANY conditions relative to your hair BEFORE booking your appointment to ensure I am capable of providing the desired service
Squeeze ins are available at an additional cost of $1000
As your stylist, I need to ensure that I am adequately prepared to do my job please do not show up more than 15 mins early.

What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to exempt you from future appointments
RUNNING LATE?
Be Considerate
Braids By Meg is booked to capacity, thanks to you. However, If you show up late to your appointment , we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.

Therefore, we give you 10 mins grace period, if you exceed those mins you will be charged $500 for every other 10 mins until the half hour passes.
​
After that half an hour your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
Under no circumstance you will be exempted from the late fee or the cancellation.
For example: Your appointment time is 9:00
You are allowed to get here by 9:10 , after 9:10 you’ll be charged $500 for every 10 mins until 9:30
At 9:30 your appointment will be cancelled.

WHERE DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
HELLO DOLL !
ALL appointments are booked via Instagram or WhatsApp because I prefer to have a conversational booking with my clients.Â
The website is just to relay important information.
DO YOU DO HOUSE CALLS?
No doll, unfortunately we do not offer that service here at braids by meg
DO YOU WORK ON A SUNDAY?
YES ! However there is an additional cost of $500 for Sunday services.
DO YOU OFFER TWISTS?
Only passion twists , no regular twists.
